The project that Joe Staub and his company did for us was an attic conversion.  The third floor of our house had been left in an unfinished roughed-in condition when the house was built.  We wanted to use that space for a sewing / quilting / craft area.  We are delighted with the finished results.  We now have a room with lots of space and plenty of light.

Construction involved moving materials through the house and up two flights of steps.  This was done with no damage to the current living area and no disruption of daily activities.  During the construction, they took care to keep dust and debris out of the living area and cleaned up the construction area as they worked.  The whole staff was very considerate and hard working.

From start to finish this project did not take very long.  It is very nice to now have a pretty room where it was just an attic storage area before.  We can definitely recommend the Joe M. Staub Building Group for similar projects.

Next came a new hardwood floor in my entire downstairs.  This was quite the task since it involved a lot of tear down before the new floors could be put in place.  The team from Joe M Staub Building Group worked with us in every aspect of the demolition and putting down the new hardwood floors.  Even though the time it takes to do this can be long, it was good to work with someone who kept you informed all along the way.

The finishing touch was the new island in the kitchen after the floors were done.  The craftsmanship on this island is wonderful and they were even able to match my granite countertop on the island.  This team is good to work with and will fill your every need in a timely manner.
